Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at Brightvision, a leading Growth Agency for B2B-tech companies.
**About the Role**
As a BDR, you will be responsible for proactively working with prospecting and appointment booking via various channels such as telephone, email, and LinkedIn, for our clients in the tech industry. You will act as a hired sales representative on their behalf, working closely with our customers and project managers to book qualified sales meetings with decision makers or other relevant people at companies that are part of their target group.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
* Proactively work with prospecting and appointment booking for our clients
* Utilize various channels such as telephone, email, and LinkedIn to engage with potential clients
* Build relationships with decision makers and other relevant individuals at target companies
* Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets set by management
**Requirements**
* At least 2 years of experience in sales/prospecting/meeting booking
* Experience in B2B sales is advantageous
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic experience with different CRM systems and environments
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
