CRO Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CRO Specialist to join our team at G-Star RAW. As a CRO Specialist, you will be responsible for executing test planning and stakeholder management, discovering opportunities to optimize our platforms, and managing our backlog of A/B test ideas.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and prioritize A/B test ideas to ensure timely execution.
  • Translate opportunities into detailed test cards and brief external CRO partners.
  • Oversee the CRO program pipeline from opportunity to launch and monitor performance.
  • Ensure the quality of experiments and analyze results to inform future decisions.
