Customer Service Representative - Slovenian Language

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Slovenian Language. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Slovenian-speaking customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to Slovenian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist customers with booking reservations, travel itineraries, cancellations, and general inquiries
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and services
  • Act as a knowledgeable guide for customers as they plan their journeys
  • Support customers with the booking process, including providing guidance on flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized, friendly, and professional service
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors
  • Stay up-to-date on the company's travel products, services, and promotions
  • Collect customer feedback and report common issues to the relevant departments

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Slovenian (C1 / C2 level)
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Barcelona
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industries
  • Proficient in English for internal communication with your team and other departments
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and concisely
  • Passionate about travel and customer satisfaction
  • Problem-solving skills, resourceful and creative in addressing customer issues
  • Comfortable using digital platforms, booking systems, and CRM tools
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple customer inquiries at once
  • Team player, comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
