We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a high level of store presentation.
  • Support with inventory management and other ad hoc tasks as required.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent product knowledge and a passion for luxury fashion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
