Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor

TD SYNNEX Europe Services and Operations U. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in advising our senior management team on all aspects of commercial contracts law.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage complex legal issues and deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice to support business decisions.
  2. Review, draft, negotiate, and conclude vendor contracts, customer contracts, and ensure compliance with TD SYNNEX's policies.
  3. Create precedent contracts and forms to streamline our contracting process.
  4. Identify management information requirements for measuring legal risk exposure and performance.
  5. Ensure high-quality legal services and support are provided to the business, meeting client satisfaction expectations.
  6. Monitor and control legal risks in contract implementation and internal systems.
  7. Support other legal duties as required by your line manager.

Requirements:

  1. Attorney in good standing with 5-8 years of experience and a commercial background.
  2. Previous in-house experience is essential, with a focus on commercial contracts.
  3. High-level thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work under pressure and shifting priorities.
  4. Organized, methodical, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
  5. Ability to execute against tight deadlines and high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Fluency in English and French, with additional languages a plus.
  7. Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
  8. Strong organization, time, and task management skills.
  9. A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to build effective relationships with senior management and stakeholders.
