Requirements- Strong Knowledge of Commercial Law
Strong knowledge of US/EU commercial law, including contract law, employment law, intellectual property, data privacy, and corporate law.
Contract Negotiation SkillsProficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
International ExperienceExperience with international contracts and cross-border transactions.
Proven Track RecordProven experience as a legal counsel or attorney with at least 5 (five) years of relevant experience, preferably in an international law firm, corporate and/or business environment.
Strong Communication SkillsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
