About the Role
Maison Valentino is a leading luxury brand seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Client Advisor to join our boutique in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating an exclusive experience for our discerning clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Master the client journey, creating customer emotion and desire through personalized service and product knowledge.
- Engage existing and prospect clients as per weekly plan defined by store management, delivering the Valentino Couture service in an impeccable way.
- Focus on development and retention of existing clients, recruitment of new and potential ones, and engage clients through every selling opportunity.
- Deal with all sales and after-sales activities, ensuring product maintenance, replenishment, and administration procedures are respected.
- Liaise with the in-store visual to follow display guidelines and verify all relevant information for store management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience in a luxury brand, with excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, with a second language preferred.
- Be a team player with a proactive attitude, high fashion knowledge, and ability to adapt to changing needs of the company.
- Must have a client network in a luxury environment.
