Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Welcome and assist each client, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our products, including premium denim and Diesel culture.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, handling complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell, and by creating a loyal client base.
  • Manage payment operations, including returns, refunds, and remote sales, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation, adhering to company guidelines and procedures.
  • Contribute to a secure and organized store environment, preventing product thefts and ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Stay up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors, providing innovative ideas to improve sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales roles, preferably in luxury fashion or retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with knowledge of a third language a plus.
