Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at TUI. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and posting job advertisements on our recruitment system, ensuring compliance with our guidelines.
  • Advertising job openings on job boards and reviewing the quality of job postings.
  • Regularly updating and maintaining our candidate database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, and that candidates are in the correct status in our recruitment system.
  • Organizing and booking recruitment events, team events, and onboarding for new employees.
  • Supporting the review of candidate applications and coordinating interview schedules, taking into account the availability of recruiters and candidates.
  • Responding to inquiries from email inboxes.
  • Requesting references, including work permits, and conducting corresponding checks.
  • Processing orders and payments for talent acquisition-related topics, such as agency fees.
  • Participating in projects to improve recruitment activities.
  • Supporting management in creating reports and preparing data in Excel to present important recruitment statistics.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training.
  • First experience in an administrative field or preferably in recruitment (e.g., through internships).
  • Good communication skills and confident demeanor.
  • High service orientation towards internal and external customers.
  • Organizational talent.
  • Team skills, flexibility, willingness to engage, and resilience.
  • Independent, reliable, structured, and goal-oriented way of working.
  • Fluent German and English skills.
