Job Title: Workplace Coordinator

About the Role:

Criteo is seeking a highly skilled Workplace Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Workplace team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the Workplace Manager to oversee workplace operations and maintain relationships with Criteo stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with vendors and partners to deliver high-quality services and resolve issues efficiently.
  3. Manage office services, including janitorial, maintenance, and ticket resolution.
  4. Act as an interface to all stakeholders, ensuring world-class services are provided.
  5. Assist with event organization, logistics, and coordination.
  6. Monitor and maintain accurate floor plans and allocate desk space to teams.
  7. Be the WP face to internal customers, approachable for questions and comments.
  8. Facilitate communication and WP's brand between Criteo offices.
  9. Coordinate new employee onboarding and cultural integration.
  10. Monitor and ensure consistent work processes and high service levels across locations.

Requirements:

  • Proactive attitude with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
  • High dedication to customer service and hospitality.
  • Organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and work flexibly under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service & problem-solving.
  • Practice in managing vendors and driving quality audits.
  • Ability to build and track budgets through forecasts.
  • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint basics).
