Job Title: Customer Service Representative (German-speaking)

Location: Hybrid (Remote)

Contract Type: Indefinite, Full-time

Shift Details: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: €18,776 annually + €1,920 in benefits

Overview: As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide top-notch service and technical support for premium audio products, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth issue resolution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Resolve technical queries and keep up-to-date with user-specific applications and technology knowledge.
  • Ensure service requests are satisfactorily concluded and monitor open queries.
  • Evaluate and escalate service issues as needed, maintaining SLA standards.
  • Communicate with customers regarding issue status and progress.
  • Achieve excellent customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements:

  • Near-native level English, both spoken and written, plus native-level German.
  • Superior customer care skills.
  • Strong IT knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, and Audiovisual products.
  • Experience with Windows and Mac environments.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service, preferably technical support.
  • Service-oriented with a responsible, independent work habit.
  • Able to implement and manage process changes.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, flexibility, and stress handling skills.
  • Compliance with company security rules.
