We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Asset Manager to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of our asset management policy, managing budgets, and optimizing revenues for our renewable energy portfolio in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of the asset management policy, including budgeting, long-term planning, and procurement.
  • Manage handover process for asset responsibility from EPC/PD to AM.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for each SPV and monitor financial performance.
  • Define and implement a strong performance monitoring culture.
  • Optimize revenues by deploying necessary tools for supervision and optimization of assets.
  • Responsible for SPVs JV management and administration of project documents and permitting.
  • Supervise and monitor SPV service providers, excluding OM activities.
  • Responsible for communication with SPV stakeholders, including local authorities and interested third parties.
  • Satisfy periodic reporting requirements by applicable laws, JV agreement, TTE Headquarters, and financing process.
About the Role

Spain is a priority country for TotalEnergies in Europe, with a portfolio of over 5 GWp of solar projects under construction or development. This solar power portfolio will enable the Group to cover the electricity consumption of its industrial sites in Europe through a power purchase agreement covering over 3 GW of solar farms.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in asset management, including at least 5 years in renewable PV assets.
  • Previous significant business experience in renewable business in Spain.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish mandatory.
