About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team at The Green Recruitment Company. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial operations of our renewable energy assets in the Iberian region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and comment on plant layouts, design, and yield calculations to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor daily performance of assets, track KPIs, and optimize solar asset performance to maximize returns.
- Review maintenance plans and ensure compliance to implement improvements.
- Oversight of response to non-routine operational issues to minimize risk and loss.
- Manage revenue, EBITDA, EBIT, and total shareholder results for assigned portfolio.
- Liaise with operations team members and external stakeholders to support the execution of PPA during operational phase.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Spanish renewables market, including storage, solar, and wind.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in conducting risk analyses and preparing financial KPI reports.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate with external parties, including insurance companies, technical advisors, and stakeholders.
- Strong language skills in spoken and written English.
