Job Description

ENGIE España Renovables, S.L.U. is seeking a skilled Asset Portfolio Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing best practice asset management in our portfolio, working closely with other teams across RGBU Europe, RGBU Spain, and TG Spain (Support Functions).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate and timely reporting of the Asset Portfolio.
  • Building, leading, and monitoring Business plans, budgets, capital projects, and other initiatives on existing assets.
  • Ensuring compliance across the portfolio with project contracts, HSE, regulation, and internal policies.
  • Managing the different stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure business continuity in Assets and Special Purpose Vehicles participated by ENGIE.
  • Collaborating with OM in the day-to-day works on the Assets.
  • Representing and defending ENGIE's interests vis-à-vis external stakeholders.

Requirements include:

  • Ingeniero Industrial, de Minas, Ingeniero de la Energía (MASTER) degree.
  • At least 5 years in the renewable market, with experience in coordination and management of administrative and permitting processes.
  • Experience in asset management would be advisable but not critical.
  • Wind, PV, and Hydro technologies as a plus.
  • Spanish Power Market Regulation and Structure as a plus.
  • Candidates must be able to understand Profit Loss Statements and other basic financial terms such as CAPEX, OPEX, Internal Return Rates.
