Job Title: Technical Manager

Logicor is a leading owner and developer of real estate with a presence in 19 European countries. We are headquartered in London and Luxembourg with regional offices in various locations. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for managing a variety of duties across our 1.5 million m2 Spanish portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee the Capex program within the existing Logicor portfolio.
  • Support third-party Property Managers in managing R&M projects on a daily basis.
  • Prepare reports showing status of progress, cost, and quality of R&M projects.
  • Work closely with customers and service suppliers to ensure effective management of R&M projects.
  • Support the asset teams in managing technical issues on existing assets.
  • Coordinate and monitor external supplier(s) performance to ensure optimal service, cost control, and compliance.
  • Support budgeting, sourcing, structuring, and managing contracts with external service providers.
  • Provide feedback to the teams to optimise future property design from a maintenance perspective.
Requirements:
  • Industry-specific degree/Engineer/Architect/Technical Architect or member of an industry body.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-degree or chartered experience in construction works focused on logistics and industrial assets.
  • Strong knowledge in construction and property management services.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes means and methods.
  • Ability to demonstrate good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
