Technical Manager Job Description

Logicor is a leading owner and developer of real estate with a presence in 19 European countries. We are headquartered in London and Luxembourg with regional offices across Europe. As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for managing a variety of duties across our 1.5 million m2 Spanish portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee the Capex program within the existing Logicor portfolio.
  • Support third-party Property Managers in managing R&M projects on a daily basis.
  • Prepare reports showing status of progress, cost, and quality of R&M projects.
  • Work closely with customers and service suppliers to ensure effective management of R&M projects.
  • Support asset teams in managing technical issues on existing assets.
  • Coordinate and monitor external supplier performance to ensure optimal service, cost control, and compliance.

As a Technical Manager, you will be required to maintain a close working relationship with the Spanish Asset Managers and Analyst teams. You will need to adopt a clear mind, proactive, and pragmatic approach to achieve your objectives. A good knowledge of sustainability is beneficial to contribute to Logicor's ESG objectives.
