About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our Search domain and drive the success of our digital asset management platform. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy: Develop and drive the product strategy for the Search domain, aligning with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Business Case Development: Develop business cases for new product opportunities, including projected costs, revenue, and profitability.
  • Ideation and Concept Development: Create concept documents, including high-level product descriptions, value propositions, and potential features.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact innovations.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, including positioning, pricing, and distribution plans.
  • Leadership: Work collaboratively with team members across all departments, including Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of (newly launched) products to assess their success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Ability to contribute to setting yearly OKRs and drive high-level strategy.
  • Proven ability to identify market innovation opportunities.
  • Highly data-driven and passionate about product optimization.
  • Experience leading multiple initiatives from discovery to delivery, including the definition of go-to-market strategies as a product manager.
  • Relevant experience working with AI, machine learning, and search capabilities is a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams with participation of customer success, marketing, and sales to deliver extraordinary products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for learning.
