**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team at Sin Nombre. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions with the ERP ecosystem (Currently SAGE). Your work will directly impact our business processes, customer experiences, and drive digital transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the environment, including setup, configuration, and routine maintenance of the ERP system.
  • Provide technical support to resolve user issues as they occur and train users to ensure efficient and effective use of the ERP system.
  • Work closely with operational teams to understand process requirements and challenges and develop and implement solutions to streamline operations, improve productivity, and support business growth.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the system and implement data controls, validation rules, and routine audits to maintain data quality.
  • Utilize SQL for advanced data management and analysis tasks and develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards, utilizing Power BI and SQL to provide insights and analytics to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Lead and manage projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years experience as a manager of Sage ERP systems, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations.
  • Expertise in SQL and SSRS for data management, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, finance, and accounting processes.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Solid knowledge of ERP best practices, customization, and configuration.
  • Proficiency in data migration and integration strategies.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
