Lead Product Manager

We are seeking a visionary Lead Product Manager to spearhead the development of our new Core Services product suite. As a key member of our Product and Technology team, you will be responsible for articulating and implementing the product vision, prioritizing features, and driving innovations that lead to real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and implement the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user and business needs.
- Discovery & Specification: Conduct in-depth discovery processes to uncover user needs and technical requirements, and define specifications for development projects.
- Delivery & Team Leadership: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of development projects, championing Scrum methodologies and ceremonies within your teams. Lead, develop, and coach Product Owners to achieve their goals and advance their skills.
- Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in technical product management roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of APIs and Webservices, with experience handling their unique challenges and opportunities.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven track record of leading teams to greatness, with strong motivator and inspirer skills.
- Problem Solver: Ability to dive deep into complex problems and emerge with solutions.
- Master Communicator: Excellent communication skills, with ability to tailor messages effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Agile Expert: Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies, with ability to make agile practices a core element of your strategy.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with ability to engage effectively in a global business environment.
