Lead Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager to spearhead the development of our new global Core Services product suite. As a key member of our Product and Technology team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of Product Managers, QA Testers, Product Operations, and Engineers.
Key Responsibilities- Product Vision and Roadmap: Develop and deploy the product vision, prioritizing user and business needs, and collaborating with Product Owners to own their Roadmaps.
- Discovery and Analysis: Identify and analyze high-level user and technical needs, and assist Product Owners in conducting deeper Discovery.
- Specification and Review: Define and write specifications, and review those from Product Owners you manage.
- Delivery and Scrum: Ensure the delivery of developments, and maintain Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
- Documentation and Management: Ensure documentation of your Product Line, particularly for the Product Operations team, and manage 3 Product Owners across 3 squads.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Tech Management.
- Solid technical knowledge and ability to deal with Product as APIs/Webservices.
- Experience as a leader, and ability to motivate and inspire teammates.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, and ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders.
- Working knowledge and solid understanding of the English language, and ability to communicate in a business setting.
