About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Manager to spearhead the development of our new global Core Services product suite. As a key member of our Product and Technology team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of Product Managers, QA Testers, Product Operations, and Engineers based in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate and prioritize the product vision to meet user and business needs
- Lead a team of Product Owners to develop and deploy product roadmaps
- Conduct discovery and analysis to identify high-level user and technical needs
- Define and write specifications for product development
- Ensure the delivery of developments and adherence to Scrum methodologies
- Manage and mentor 3 Product Owners across 3 squads
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Tech Management
- Solid technical aptitude and ability to deal with APIs/Webservices
- Experience as a leader and ability to motivate and inspire teammates
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Working knowledge and understanding of the English language
