The Role: We're seeking a Landlord Support Intern with a spark to join our team for an exciting 6-month journey, with the potential to extend to a year and evolve into a full-time role. This is your chance to immerse yourself in the sales world, develop crucial skills, and be part of a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guiding private suppliers onto our platform, answering questions, and handling account-related requests.
  • Supporting Landlord Support Agents in organizational, administrative, and operational day-to-day business.
  • Facilitating communication between departments to solve landlord requests efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Business fluency in English and an additional language (Spanish, German, or French).
  • Independence, strong communication skills, and a willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Able to remain calm in stressful situations and find solutions to problems.
