The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Landlord Support Coordinator to join our team for an exciting 6-month journey, with the potential to extend to a year and evolve into a full-time role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our private suppliers, guiding them onto our platform, and answering all their questions and account-related requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to private suppliers, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support Landlord Support Agents in organizational, administrative, and operational day-to-day business.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure efficient resolution of landlord requests.

Requirements

  • Business fluency in English and additional proficiency in Spanish, German, or French.
  • Independence, strong communication skills, and willingness to take on responsibility.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and find solutions to complex problems.
