About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Pharmaceutical Support Coordinator to join our team at Omega CRM Consulting. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for coordinating support for defined applications within our IT marketing and Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage support team across all regions
  • Work closely with selected vendors to ensure seamless support
  • Onboard new applications and manage support for current ones
  • Ensure SLA fulfillment across all areas
  • Collaborate with regional support teams to define support packages
  • Conduct support/project related meetings and consult on contract usage
  • Create management reports and coordinate cross-application incidents
  • Define and use communication standards to ensure effective collaboration
  • Collaborate with domain/business leads for application/project support

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or MIS or related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience; or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or MIS, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or a Master degree in Computer Science, MIS, with minimum 1 year of experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of minimum of 4 years
  • Knowledge and experience with computer software systems, including CRM related applications (Veeva or SalesForce experience a plus)
  • Project management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Focus on customer service and self-management skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS office suite and SharePoint
  • Teamwork/Interpersonal skills, including experience working with diverse and global teams
