Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Marketing Lead to join our Global MRC team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will engage with AWS new and prospective customers in Iberia, educating them about the benefits of AWS and its services to help them embark on their cloud journey quickly and easily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the MRC team to educate customers on the benefits of cloud computing and move them from interest to active consideration.
  • Nurture leads with tailored messaging to increase customer understanding of AWS services and unique differentiators.
  • Create higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates through nurture efforts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to achieve campaign goals.
  • Work with our partner community to nurture jointly captured leads and perform occasional call blitzes to identify new meetings and opportunities.
  • Participate in global cross-functional MRC projects to drive operational excellence and better customer experience.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of work experience in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization, preferably in a high-tech products/services environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese and English.
  • Clear, concise, and confident communication skills.
  • Ability to listen to customers, understand needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions.
  • Ability to think logically and structure answers.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification/AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
  • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
