Cloud Computing Marketing Lead Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Lead Development Representative to join our Global Marketing Response Center (MRC) team in AWS EMEA SARL (Spain Branch) - G84. As a Marketing Lead Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with new and prospective customers in Spain and France, educating them about the benefits of AWS and our services, and helping them embark on their cloud journey quickly and easily.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customers' inquiries in a timely manner to accelerate their cloud journey
- Educate customers that are in the beginning of the cloud journey and move them from warm or little interest to active interest; education to consideration
- Nurture leads with tailored messaging to increase customer understanding of AWS services and unique differentiators with relevant customer use cases
- Through nurture efforts, create higher value leads resulting in higher conversion rates
- Build a stronger AWS leads database by interacting with customers
- Opportunity to be part of a team to lead global cross-functional MRC projects, driving operational excellence and better customer experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Work experience in Sales, Marketing or customer engagement roles
- Work experience in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization - high-tech products/services preferred.
- Have the ability to listen to customers, understand needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions.
- Clear, concise, and confident communicator via phone or chat.
- Ability to think logically and structure answers.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification / AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies related to cloud computing: understand and identify opportunities for customers.
- Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
