Teleperformance Spain, with a workforce exceeding 4,700 employees across 10 locations, is seeking a talented professional to join our team.

Role Overview:

As an Onboarding Operations Supervisor, you will serve as a crucial link to our client's success, leading a team of specialized executives focused on driving commercial growth within your business unit.

You will collaborate with fellow supervisors to expand our service offerings while maintaining a strong focus on existing performance indicators.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing forecast preparation, identifying new opportunities with current clients, and translating data into actionable insights by analyzing reports to ensure that both individual and team objectives are met.

You will mentor and guide a young, motivated team in the rapidly evolving online advertising sector, working with a client recognized as a leader in the SEA domain, well-known for its advertising products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding team and assess their performance against team KPIs and sales objectives.
  • Plan and prepare forecasts while considering new developments and opportunities.
  • Assign tasks and establish deadlines.
  • Oversee daily operations.
  • Report on performance metrics to achieve outstanding results.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching.
  • Address team members' feedback and resolve any conflicts or issues.
  • Acknowledge high performance and reward achievements.
  • Develop strategies to ensure team adherence to company policies and performance goals.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English - C1 level.
  • Fluency in Dutch, German, Swedish, or Danish is advantageous.
  • Previous managerial experience is preferred.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Enthusiastic about sales, technology, and the internet, with a desire for continuous learning and development.
  • Demonstrated managerial experience will be considered favorably.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player with strong leadership, analytical, and communication capabilities.
