Role Objective:

As an Onboarding Operations Supervisor, you will serve as a vital connection to our client's achievements, guiding a team of specialized executives focused on driving commercial growth within your division.

You will collaborate with fellow supervisors to broaden our service offerings while maintaining a keen focus on existing performance indicators.

Your responsibilities will include preparing forecasts, identifying new opportunities with current clients, and translating data into actionable strategies by analyzing reports to ensure that both individual and team objectives are met.

You will mentor and support a dynamic and motivated team in the rapidly evolving online advertising sector. Our client is a prominent leader in the SEA domain, well-known for its advertising products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the onboarding team and evaluate their performance against team KPIs and sales objectives
  • Engage in strategic planning and forecast preparation while considering new developments and opportunities
  • Assign tasks and establish deadlines
  • Manage daily operations
  • Provide reports on metrics to achieve exceptional results
  • Identify training needs and deliver coaching
  • Address team members' feedback and resolve conflicts
  • Acknowledge high performance and reward achievements
  • Formulate strategies to encourage team adherence to company policies and performance targets

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken English - C1 level
  • Fluency in Dutch, German, Swedish, or Danish is advantageous
  • Previous managerial experience is preferred
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiastic about sales, technology, and the internet, with a commitment to learning and growth
  • Prior proven managerial experience will be valued
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player with strong leadership, analytical, and communication capabilities.
