The LanguageWire Platform is the core of our operations, serving as the hub where clients, language specialists, and project coordinators collaborate on intricate localization projects. We are embarking on significant enhancements to our platform and require a dedicated product professional to help realize our ambitious goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Director of Product for Core Platform.
  • Collaborate with fellow Directors of Product and Engineering.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across various departments, including operations, sales, and finance.
  • Oversee the LanguageWire Platform products within our ecosystem.
  • Drive product vision and strategy in partnership with your team and product leaders.
  • Align business objectives with product vision while addressing customer and user needs.
  • Connect with users to gain deep insights into their challenges and advocate for their needs.
  • Lead product discovery initiatives to rapidly experiment and identify optimal solutions.
  • Work closely with product design, marketing, and engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Enhance product excellence by refining our management practices and processes.
  • Mentor team members to foster their professional growth.

  • Sets clear objectives using the OKR framework to focus on what truly matters.

  • Showcase innovation by successfully launching a strategically significant product or feature.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with select clients who view you as a thought leader for the LanguageWire platform.
  • Become the primary resource within the organization for LanguageWire Platform inquiries.
  • Establish strong connections with other teams and product managers.
  • Confidently facilitate collaboration among internal stakeholders.
  • Enhance product management practices within your team.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in product management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in product management methodologies and practices.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

  • Experience in the language services industry or with language-related products.
