Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Marketing Manager to lead the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns for our software solutions. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will collaborate with our team of software developers, product managers, and data scientists to promote our products. You will conduct research on the competitive landscape and develop actionable plans using these insights to aid our overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Research market trends in maritime supply chain logistics.
- Identify client needs, solution gaps, and business objectives.
- Work with software development team, product managers, and marketing team members to develop go-to-market strategy.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Anticipate client pain points and tailor brand messaging accordingly.
- Develop and deliver content marketing, advertising, product positioning plans.
- Define necessary marketing activities to acquire new and retain existing clients.
- Support client onboarding experience.
- Work with the Vice President, Marketing to plan, allocate, and control marketing campaign and product launch budgets.
- Oversee and participate in day-to-day promotional activities, including website content, SEO, thought leadership articles and white papers, social media, conference presentation materials, and other collateral.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
