Your Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Director of Product for Core Platform.
  • Engage with fellow Directors of Product and Engineering.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across various organizational divisions, including operations, commercial, and finance.
  • Oversee LanguageWire Platform products within our product ecosystem.
  • Shape product vision and strategy in partnership with your team and product leaders.
  • Align business objectives and product vision with the needs of customers and users.
  • Engage with users to gain a deep understanding of their challenges and represent their interests.
  • Lead product discovery initiatives to rapidly experiment and validate ideas for optimal solutions.
  • Work closely with product design, marketing, and engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Promote product excellence to enhance our product management methodologies and practices.
  • Guide and mentor colleagues to foster their professional growth.

Your Team

  • Functions as a cross-functional and self-sufficient unit, where you are responsible for building, running, and owning your projects.
  • Establishes aligned objectives using the OKR framework to focus on and measure critical outcomes.
  • Collaborates with various teams and internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

What You Will Need
