Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize advanced fraud management techniques to identify and mitigate potential threats to our customers' accounts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across European markets to provide seamless support and resolution to customer inquiries.
  • Analyze data to determine the most effective course of action to minimize potential losses to American Express.
  • Deliver world-class customer service, offering tailored solutions to resolve customer issues and promote a positive outcome for both the customer and American Express.
  • Investigate allegations of fraud, providing support and guidance to customers and colleagues alike.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German language skills (English and Spanish a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on business acumen
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
