Descripción del Puesto: Buscamos un/a Technology Sales Specialist con experiencia en el sector tecnológico, que tenga pasión por la tecnología y habilidades interpersonales para interactuar con clientes y profesionales del área.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales con clientes potenciales, estableciendo relaciones de confianza para consolidar la posición de Nexttic como socio tecnológico.
- Definir perfiles y localizar profesionales en diversas tecnologías y sectores.
- Analizar el mercado y proponer innovadoras soluciones comerciales.
- Participar en los procesos de selección y evaluación de candidatos.
- Facilitar y coordinar reuniones entre clientes y candidatos.
- Realizar un seguimiento de los profesionales y proyectos activos, promoviendo la cultura y los valores de la empresa.
- Sugerir nuevas estrategias para el desarrollo del negocio.
- Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias y mejores prácticas en reclutamiento y ventas.
Requisitos:
- Conocimiento amplio de la industria tecnológica y digital.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.
- Experiencia en la búsqueda de perfiles tecnológicos.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de manera autónoma.
- Orientación a resultados y habilidades de negociación.
- Proactividad y capacidad para tomar la iniciativa.
