Descripción del Puesto: Buscamos un/a Technology Sales Specialist con experiencia en el sector tecnológico, que tenga pasión por la tecnología y habilidades interpersonales para interactuar con clientes y profesionales del área.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales con clientes potenciales, estableciendo relaciones de confianza para consolidar la posición de Nexttic como socio tecnológico.
  • Definir perfiles y localizar profesionales en diversas tecnologías y sectores.
  • Analizar el mercado y proponer innovadoras soluciones comerciales.
  • Participar en los procesos de selección y evaluación de candidatos.
  • Facilitar y coordinar reuniones entre clientes y candidatos.
  • Realizar un seguimiento de los profesionales y proyectos activos, promoviendo la cultura y los valores de la empresa.
  • Sugerir nuevas estrategias para el desarrollo del negocio.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias y mejores prácticas en reclutamiento y ventas.

Requisitos:

  • Conocimiento amplio de la industria tecnológica y digital.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.
  • Experiencia en la búsqueda de perfiles tecnológicos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y de manera autónoma.
  • Orientación a resultados y habilidades de negociación.
  • Proactividad y capacidad para tomar la iniciativa.
