Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Technology Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Customer Interactions Tribe, a diverse and agile team of professionals across various domains (business, communications, technology). Your primary objective will be to develop and implement an exceptional marketing platform that effectively engages our audience.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Collaborating within a motivated team dedicated to continuous improvement and mutual support.
  • Aligning and coordinating the execution of Business and Technology strategies.
  • Fostering a culture of safety, openness, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Ensuring optimal service levels across all environments with the relevant assets.
  • Receiving guidance and support for your professional development journey.
  • Leveraging your software engineering expertise to design, develop, test, and deploy code that enhances the platform's components, ensuring they meet functionality, quality, and performance standards.
  • Delivering operational software in production by utilizing best practices in technology and development.
  • Providing production support by analyzing and resolving any issues that arise, while contributing to the enhancement of technical discipline through collaboration with fellow engineers.

Proven experience and technical expertise (4 – 8 years):

Essential:

  • Proficiency in implementing and evolving marketing platforms for customer campaigns (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Bloomreach, AEM, WordPress, and Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools.
  • Familiarity with Tag Management solutions (e.g., Tealium).
  • Skills in modeling, designing, and managing data repositories (e.g., Adobe CDP/DMP, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes).
  • Knowledge of APIs and Webhooks for seamless data integration.
  • Experience working in cloud environments, preferably Azure.

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of Data ETL processes and tools (e.g., Powercenter, Informatica) and/or programming languages (e.g., PL/SQL, Python).
  • Skills in analytics and reporting for campaign performance (e.g., SQL, Adobe Analytics, Power BI).
  • Basic knowledge of security controls and compliance.
