- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process, project, fulfillment, or procurement roles.
- Attention to detail, accountability, and a passion for process enhancements.
- Knowledge of tools such as Excel (pivot, vlookup, etc.), SAP, and a willingness to learn new tools.
