About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end fulfillment and operations of print and production for the regional Americas and EMEA Marketing Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of print material, milestone plaques, merchandise, and event kits to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure that items are 100% in stock at all times and of the highest quality to enable timely fulfillment to the customer.
  • Execute the monthly 'plaque' order for doctors to celebrate important milestones and help our sales team.
  • Manage budget and work with finance to track expenses accordingly.
  • Drive continuous improvement for your area of expertise and work with stakeholders on process and fulfillment improvements.
  • Work with the team lead and stakeholders to implement new ideas to improve customer experience and celebration.
  • Drive vendor efficiencies and cost savings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in process, project, fulfillment, or procurement roles.
  • Attention to detail, accountability, and a passion for driving process enhancements.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Excel (pivot, vlookup, etc.), SAP, and a willingness to learn new tools.
