**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking the provisioning plan for direct and indirect purchases, ensuring timely receipt of goods with the required quality, and facilitating the plant's production activity.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement, review, and monitor Supply Chain procedures and indicators to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise IT projects related to the area under the coordination of the Fulfillment Director.
- Manage directed purchases for tower projects (Direct Buy) and their respective cost closures with the C&M department and the client.
- Review and monitor KPIs and Reporting System (Supply Chain area) to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop Action Plans in cases of minor discrepancies, supervised by the Fulfillment Director.
- Monitor Action Plans for the resolution of incidents detected in the indicators.
- Prepare monthly Presentations for Supply Chain meetings and the Management Committee.
- Monitor and control IT processes that affect the Supply Chain department under the supervision of the Fulfillment Director.
- Provide direct support to production plants in specific needs that may arise as a result of their activity.
- Supervise training for local teams in the systems and procedures of the area.
**Requirements**
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
