Project Specialist Junior

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Specialist Junior to join our team at Glaxosmithkline. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of various projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of a time-tracking tool (Excel-based) and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Review and update documentation (contracts, employee records, certifications, etc.).
  • Generate regular activity reports to track project progress.
  • Collaborate with HR teams on various projects, including talent development, compensation, and benefits.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including delivering development packs and improving communication.
  • Prepare a monthly report on HR movements for the executive committee.
  • Monitor and update employee-facing publications and intranet articles.
Requirements:
  • University degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English language skills (B2 level).
  • Desirable: Experience in HR support departments, initiative, and creativity to propose solutions.
