Job Title: Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of new projects and priorities within the European Specialty Gases Project (SGE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the global achievement of SGE projects, monitor and steer incoming prospects/projects, and encourage the contribution of Villaverde and SGE team.
  • Analyze the performance of the Villaverde activity and define and steer new projects to improve processes.
  • Assist in the development of tools and repositories to define the necessary data and KPIs for the follow-up of the activity.
  • Ensure the approval of new mixtures to be filled and define their characteristics.
Requirements:
  • Engineering background
  • Projects Management
  • Field of specialization: chemistry
  • Use of analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Databases, Spreadsheets)

This is a 24-month position based in Madrid, Spain. Punctual travels across Europe may be expected. Only candidates eligible for the VIE program will be considered.
