About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join AWWG as a Junior Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and assisting in the successful execution of our Stores, SIS, and Franchises. As a key member of our project management team, you will combine project management skills with a strong understanding of construction processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  2. Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
  3. Ensure quality control standards for construction, including cost, timing, site building design layout, and specifications.
  4. Provide effective consulting and maintain effective working relationships with Department Store and Country Managers to drive business growth and success.
  5. Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  6. Monitor project budgets and expenditures, assisting in cost control efforts and identifying potential cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Advanced English language skills.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or project management industry.
  3. Education level: Architecture, Interior and Industrial Design Knowledge.
  4. Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative, Microsoft Office.
