CAST Technical Account Manager

CAST is the software intelligence category leader, and we're seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a strategic partner and technical advisor, you'll work closely with our biggest and most important clients in France to ensure their success with our solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer success plans to drive retention and growth
  • Secure renewal and expansion of recurring revenue for CAST's products and services
  • Ensure successful onboarding and continuous follow-up with customers
  • Provide technical support and expertise on CAST products
  • Engage with IT and business executives to understand their needs and priorities
  • Establish and drive governance with clients, service providers, and cloud providers
