We are seeking a highly skilled Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, Travel Business Intelligence to drive revenue and profitability by executing our go-to-market strategy for the Amadeus Agency Insights portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a key communication link between product, sales, and customers, distributing product information and capturing market feedback.
- Provide post-sale support to customers, ensuring they extract maximum value from our products to secure renewals.
- Consult with customers to help them understand and choose the right data products to solve their problems and participate in large customer engagements to win and retain business.
- Partner with the Field and Account Management teams to build a robust GTM program, assisting with commercial proposals and closing sales.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and webinars to support new product launches and customer education.
- Build confidence and expertise within the sales force by serving as the go-to product expert, providing training, sharing best practices, and supporting field activities.
- 7+ years of experience in Strategy and/or Marketing/International Business Development
- Experience in Travel, Aviation or related field
- Strong technical skills with the ability to explain complex data products to customers
- Proven ability to drive customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in delivering customer-facing presentations and webinars
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
