Catenon, a leading multinational firm, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the DACH Market. With over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, we have established a strong presence in over 100 countries, offering a unique platform for business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to acquire new clients and manage key accounts in the DACH Market.
  • Supervise the selection process execution handled by our Recruitment Consultants, ensuring seamless collaboration and client satisfaction.
  • Advising on best strategies to find top talent and deliver high-quality services to clients, aligning with Catenon's methodology and quality standards.
  • Manage sales management modalities, including CRM completion and KPI management, to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Train and develop new team members on Catenon's methodology, sales, and sourcing strategies, identifying training needs and evaluating team performance.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience, preferably in the recruitment/headhunting sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • A fluent level of German and English, with other European languages highly valued.
  • Experience developing and negotiating contracts with clients, with a high level of customer service.
  • A clear vision for the future, with the ability to generate your own action plan for market development.
  • An optimistic and proactive mindset, always seeking alternative solutions and proposing new actions to develop your market and clients.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating, and collaborating.
  • Self-directed and able to plan your own time, working to targets and deadlines.
