Job Title: Global HR Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global HR Systems Manager to join our team at Werfen. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for the development and implementation of our human resources information systems (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global HRIS strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR partners, IT, and outside vendors to design and implement efficient and effective HRIS processes and workflows.
  • Analyze and direct all functionally related activities within the scope of the HRIS.
  • Ensure continuity and successful delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and application operational efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally to understand business needs and provide actionable insights for ongoing customer needs.
  • Manage the HRIS supplier relationships and create a strategy to ensure that local HRIS stakeholders are trained.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Information Systems, or Business.
  • Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience with implementing and maintaining enterprise HRIS/LMS platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR frameworks, systems, policies, and processes.
  • Language: English (fluent), Spanish (basic).
