About the Role

Bunge is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Operations Finance Partner, you will play a critical role in collaborating with industrial leaders to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with plant managers and key stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement mitigation plans.
  • Ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting of industrial expenses.
  • Prepare accruals and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, finance, and operations teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Lead the preparation of business plans and forecasts, and provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance financial operations and reduce costs.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or Business.
  • Up to 2 years of previous work experience in a financial operations role, with international exposure.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, One Stream, PQSE, and Genius tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
  • Knowledge of international company procedures and compliance issues.
