Bunge is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Operations Finance Partner, you will play a critical role in collaborating with industrial leaders to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with plant managers and key stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting of industrial expenses, including accruals and forecasts.
- Lead the preparation of yearly business plans and monthly reports to support plant managers and the finance team.
- Drive the development of new initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other plant finance partners to standardize processes and improve financial performance.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or Business.
- Up to 2 years of previous work experience, preferably in a finance or operations role.
- Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, One Stream, PQSE, and Genius tools.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
