Job Summary:

We are seeking an Industrial Operations Finance Partner to join our team at Bunge. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with industrial leaders in our Bunge plants to understand business challenges and needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate regionally, working with plant managers and key stakeholders to detect potential cost deviations, mitigation plans, or saving opportunities. You will also ensure correct financial accounting reporting of industrial expenses monthly, prepare accruals of variable costs, and build monthly forecasts of plant industrial costs.

In addition, you will lead the preparation of yearly Business Plans for plant industrial expenses, drive the preparation of new initiatives, and support Business Finance Partners in identifying and validating projects resulting in added profit and/or cost savings.

As an Industrial Operations Finance Partner, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including process rebuilding and process/software projects. You will also participate in regional and global initiatives that bring value-added to the finance community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with plant managers and key stakeholders to detect potential cost deviations, mitigation plans, or saving opportunities.
  • Ensure correct financial accounting reporting of industrial expenses monthly.
  • Prepare accruals of variable costs and build monthly forecasts of plant industrial costs.
  • Lead the preparation of yearly Business Plans for plant industrial expenses.
  • Drive the preparation of new initiatives and support Business Finance Partners in identifying and validating projects.
  • Participate in regional and global initiatives that bring value-added to the finance community.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance, Management, or Business.
  • Up to 2 years of previous work experience and international exposure is seen as an advantage.
  • Ease of learning SAP, Tableau, One Stream, PQSE, and Genius tools.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Ability to analyze large and complex data and extract simple actionable insights.
  • Knowledgeable about international company procedures and compliance issues, having a global view of the business.
