About the Role

Bunge is seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence across our industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with plant managers and key stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting of industrial expenses.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of plant industrial costs and develop forecasts to support business planning.
  • Lead the preparation of yearly business plans for plant industrial expenses and drive the implementation of new initiatives.
  • Support the development of projects that drive added profit and cost savings through insights from KPI and benchmarking exercises.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external reporting guidelines.
  • Manage and control inventory counts and support the automation of processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or Business.
  • Up to 2 years of previous work experience, preferably with international exposure.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, One Stream, PQSE, and Genius tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of international company procedures and compliance issues.
