About the Role

Bunge is seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by providing financial expertise and strategic guidance to our industrial operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with plant managers and key stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop mitigation plans.
  • Ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting of industrial expenses, including preparation of accruals and forecasts.
  • Lead the development of yearly business plans for plant industrial expenses, including variable, fixed, and depreciation costs.
  • Prepare monthly reports and ad-hoc analysis to support plant managers, industrial directors, and FP&A teams.
  • Drive the preparation of new initiatives and post-implementation reviews, and support business finance partners in identifying and validating projects resulting in added profit and/or cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal reporting guidelines and support external reporting (US-GAAP).
  • Manage, control, and document inventory counts (commodities and spare parts).
  • Work with other plant industrial finance partners to standardize processes and support automation, process rebuilding, and process/software projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or Business.
  • Up to 2 years of previous work experience and international exposure is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Tableau, One Stream, PQSE, and Genius tools.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Ability to analyze large and complex data and extract simple actionable insights.
  • Knowledgeable about international company procedures and compliance issues, having a global view of the business.
