At Bunge, we're seeking a skilled Industrial Operations Finance Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will collaborate closely with industrial leaders in our Bunge plants to understand business challenges and needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Work with plant managers and stakeholders to identify potential cost deviations, mitigation plans, and saving opportunities.
- Ensure accurate financial accounting reporting of industrial expenses.
- Prepare accruals of variable costs and build monthly forecasts of plant industrial costs.
- Produce a monthly package with analysis of actual expenses versus forecast and business plan.
- Lead the preparation of yearly business plans for plant industrial expenses.
- Drive the preparation of new initiatives and post-implementation reviews.
- Support business finance partners in identifying and validating projects resulting in added profit and/or cost savings.
- Ensure proper OPEX vs CAPEX classification and monthly submission of PQSE KPI reporting.
- Manage, control, and document inventory counts.
- Work with other plant Industrial Finance Partners to standardize processes.
- A degree in Finance, Management, or Business.
- Up to 2 years of previous work experience and international exposure.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to analyze large and complex data.
- Knowledge of international company procedures and compliance issues.
